How will I get the guide?

It's emailed to you right after you order — usually within a few minutes. It's a PDF, so you can read it on your phone, save it, and print it if you'd like a copy on the kitchen counter. It's yours to keep, and you can come back to it as many times as you need. Because it arrives immediately as a digital file, all sales are final.

Can I share it with my brother and sister?

Please do. Some of the hardest moments come from family members being on completely different pages about what's happening. Getting everyone reading the same thing is one of the most useful things you can do, and it saves you from being the only one who understands what the nurse said.
